Valoración cuantitativa de la disfunción diastólica con Doppler tisular

RESUMEN
El ecocardiograma Doppler tisular es una nueva técnica que complementa al Doppler pulsado convencional y que ofrece información útil cuando se pretende analizar la función diastólica del ventrículo izquierdo. Se basa en la medición de velocidades del miocardio y/o del anillo mitral y ha demostrado su utilidad en la diferenciación de patrones de llenado pseudonormalizados. También ha permitido distinguir en forma no invasiva una pericarditis constrictiva de una miocardiopatía restrictiva así como el cálculo de la presión capilar pulmonar. El Doppler Modo-M color representa una herramienta prometedora para el cálculo de las presiones de llenado ventricular.
